Momma needs a new pair of shoes
So I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from the Fashion Catalog on 10/15/06. It was a great deal. Dr. Marten Mary Janes for $44.82 a pair. Not only that but they had them in my size.
Too good to be true. Right?
You bet it's too good to be true. I have sent a few emails to The Fashion Catalog asking for my shoes. I get the autoreply response...

This is the first time I have heard back from them since I sent in my payment. So now is when I begin to wonder more about this company who said it could provide me with the size 11 Mary Janes for this low price. I decided to send an email to Discover Card to let them know my dissatisfaction with the company and that I would be working on getting the charges reversed. I have contacted the company (chargeback@massmartholdings dot com) that received the money through paypal and now I am filing a dispute with paypal. They will not be keeping my money if I am not going to get those shoes.
I did some more searching online and found this website. Apparently there are a whole lot of people that got caught by the same company along with their affiliates.
Now I will think twice before buying something from someone who claims to be an ebay seller and paypal certified.
